what a difference a year can make.
it is crazy how sometimes we allow those
who we are closet with to hurt us the most;
defending their every fault--
and how is it that we end up in this cycle
of hurt and forgiveness? if someone is
selfish enough to hurt you more than
once perhaps they are not worth having
around at all---
luckily, or at least in my case, there are those
few people who never dare to hurt you;
they somehow are able to stick around
and reassure you good people exist--
although miles separate me from some of the
most important people in my life, i am grateful
to know they are there; they are the ones
that make all of this worth it---
